수출용 견직물의 염색 및 가공에 관한 연구

Studies have been carried out to solve the dyeing and finishing problems which are related to lift up the quality level of domestic made habutae to that of foreign made habutae that is dealt in international markets. It is known that the quality of silk habutae is highly depended on scouring technique which adjusts sericine residue retained on habutae and softening treatment is additionally necessary for improving the quality of habutae, (Received March 2, 1973)

본 연구는 국산 견 하부다이를 국제시장에서 거래되고 있는 외산 견하부다이의 품질수준으로 생산하는데 관계되는 염색 가공상의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 수행된 것이다. 외산 견하부다이를 분석 시험하여 검토해본 결과 견하부다이의 품질 특성은 정련시 세리신 잔량을 어느 정도로 잔유시키느냐 하는 정련의 묘에 의하여 크게 좌우되며 부수적으로 품질의 개선을 위한 유연가공이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 분석, 시험결과에 의하여 외산 견하부다이의 품질 수준에 접근하는 최적처리 조건을 찾기 위한 중점적인 검토가 가해졌다.
