Quantitative analysis was achieved by gas-liquid chromatographic method (GLC) with a single column system of OV-17 for 16 of free amino acids in Korean green tea and the contents of mineral in it was determined by atomic absorption flame emission. The results are summarized as follows: 1) Korean green tea contained Mn 1% or over out of the total ash content and
