Abstract
Thirty-three Mannich bases of 2,2'-methylene bis(3,4,6-trichlorophenoxyacetic acid) were synthesized as potential antimicrobial agents and tested against Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, Trichophyton rubrum, Microsporum gypseum, Epidermophyton floccosum, Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus oryzae in vitro.
