Abstract

본 연구는 국내 건설기업의 현장프로젝트조직 사업 참여자를 대상으로 현장프로젝트 사업 참여자간 간 통제유형에 따라 조직몰입과 협력 및 현장프로젝트 성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 살펴보고자 하는 실증연구이다. 본 연구에서는 통제를 산출통제(Output Control), 과정통제(Process Control), 사회통제(Social Control)로 구분하여 통제유형에 따라 현장프로젝트 참여자 간 조직몰입과 협력 및 현장프로젝트성과에 어떠한 유의한 영향을 미치는지 실증분석을 통하여 알아보고자 한다.
