Abstract

본 논문에서는 CATV 셋톱박스를 통해 공통경보프로토콜 기반의 재난정보를 송출하는 프로토콜을 구현하고 실험한 내용을 기술한다. 현재, 지상파 방송사, 종합편성 방송사 및 보도전문 방송사는 법적으로 재난방송 의무를 가지고 있다. 이들 방송사는 주기적인 폴링방식을 이용하여 통합재난관리시스템으로부터 재난정보를 수신하고 있다. 재난정보 전달은 피해의 최소화, 대응의 신속화를 보장하기 위해 즉시적인 전달(Instantaneous Delivery)'이 무엇보다 중요하다. 따라서, 제안하는 재난정보송출 방식은 재난정보표현을 위한 표준방식인 공통경보프로토콜을 이용하여, 재난정보 발생 시 방송사에게 자동으로 통보될 수 있는 프로토콜을 구현하여 재난정보전달의 신속성을 보장할 수 있다.
