Abstract

General microstrip patch antenna has small bandwidth. Also this patch antenna is strongly influenced by the thickness of dielectric substrate and its relative permittivity. In this paper, wideband microstrip patch antenna operating in 2.4GHz ISM band is studied. Input impedance and return loss for designed microstrip patch antenna by using MoM method and is estimated.

반파장 길이를 가지는 일반적인 마이크로스트립 안테나는 작은 대역폭 특성을 가진다. 또한 패치 안테나의 두께 및 상대 유전율의 변화에 따라 얻을 수 있는 대역폭도 제한적이다. 본 논문에서는 2.4GHz ISM 대역에서 동작하는 광대역 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나를 설계하였다. 설계한 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나는 MoM법을 이용하여 입력 임피던스 및 S 파라미터(Return loss)를 계산하여 그 유효성을 검증하였다.
