Abstract
본 논문은 노약자가 차량들로부터 위험이 되는 구역에 진입하였을 경우, virtual BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy)를 이용해 주변 차량들로부터 안전운전 메시지를 전송함으로써 차량이 안전하게 운전 할 수 있도록 유도하는 모델에 대한 설계를 제안한다.
