The Capstone design, has become one of the most important topics in engineering education. The Capstone Design a course with a different format from the traditional form of education and, by integrating the training learned in the course of expertise. Through it, you will learn how to analyze and design solutions to possible problems arising from industry. It can improve the practical skills required in the industry. The students can participate in the educational process according to the pre-prepared curriculum, rather than passively receiving the education in the form of an active. In this paper, we check the operating status for the Capstone Design Education. 캡스톤 디자인은 공학 교육에 있어서 가장 중요한 주제 중의 하나가 되었다. 캡스톤 디자인은 기존의 전통적인 교과목과는 다른 형식을 가진 교육 형태로서, 교육과정에서 배운 전문지식을 종합적으로 활용하여, 산업현장에서 발생 가능한 문제들을 분석하고 해결책을 설계하는 방법을 학습하게 된다. 이를 통해 산업계에서 요구되는 실무능력 향상과 학생들은 미리 준비된 교과 내용에 따라서 수동적으로 교육을 받는 대신 능동적인 형태로 교육 과정에 참여할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 산업단지에 위치한 캠퍼스의 캡스톤 디자인 교육에 대한 운영 실태를 점검하고 캡스톤디자인 만족도 평가 모델을 통해, 향후 효과적 캡스톤 디자인 운영 방안을 제시한다.
