Abstract

본 논문에서는 CCTV가 설치된 엘리베이터 안에서 촬영한 영상을 대상으로 절도 범죄를 범하는 경우를 대상으로 범죄를 분석하여 수사하는데 영상 자료로 제출하도록 하였다. 영상에서 나타나는 것처럼 장면 전환 검출을 하면 쉽게 영상에서 절도죄를 포착할 수 있다.
