Abstract
In this paper, we investigated the electrical properties change of 6,13-bis(triisopropyl-silylethynyl) pentacene (TIPS-pentacene) depending on polymer blend. We fabricated organic thin film transistor (OTFT) using blending solution of small molecule and polymer.
