A Strategy Plan on Development of Railway Technology Transfer Specialist Support System

For many years Korean railway industry has experienced substantial growth based on foreign advanced technology. Recently some problems was clearly stated on effective management, practical use and transfer of the railway technology. This paper presents some results of the study on necessary requirements of the expert system for railway technology transfer. We propose a general plan to develop the expert system and the contents on railway technology transfer in the text of this article.
