초록

본 연구는 장애인복지 서비스의 가장 핵심적인 영역이라고 할 수 있는 장애인생활시설의 조직문화가 서비스의 질에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 수요자 중심의 조직문화를 구축하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
