Preparation and Characterization of Ultramicroporous Carbons for Hydrogen Storage

Abstract
In this work, we prepared ultramicroporous carbons (UC) prepared by pyrolyzing poly(vinylidene fluoride) with different carbonization temperatures, and investigated the hydrogen storage behaviors. The surface functional groups and specific elements of UC were confirmed by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), respectively. Textural properties were analyzed using
