Abstract

본 논문에서는 기존에 선행되었던 연구를 바탕으로 반도체물성을 이용한 방법, 실험을 통한 방법, 수치해석적인 방법, 그리고 전류제어를 기반한 ON-TIME 해석에 대하여 비교하였다. 특히 전력전자분야에서 폭넓게 사용되고 있는 IGBT의 손실계산에 초점을 맞추어 반도체 물성을 기반으로 한 방법 및 선형 종속에 대한 근사화를 통한 방법을 적용하여 자세한 비교를 하였다.
