Abstract

본 연구에서는 도서관의 모바일 웹사이트를 조사, 분석하여 특징과 문제점을 살펴보고, 이를 토대로 도서관이 이용자에게 양질의 서비스를 시행할 수 있는 모바일 웹사이트 설계지침을 제시하였다.
