Abstract
Printed organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) were used in the fabrication of a screen- printed gate, source and drain electrodes on flexible plastic substrates using silver pastes, a coated polyvinylphenol dielectrics, and jetted bis(triisopropyl-silylethynyl) pentacene (TIPS-pentacene) organic semiconductor.
