Abstract

한국전력공사에서는 신배전정보시스템(NDIS1)) 및 배전자동화(DAS2)) 활용능력 향상과 배전업무 우수인력 양성을 위하여 2004년부터 매년 배전기술경진대회를 치러오고 있으며 올해 제5회 대회를 맞이하고 있다. 따라서 2004년부터 현재까지 배전기술 경진대회의 발전 방향을 소개하고, 아울러 대회 신청자, 참가자 등 각종 데이터에 대한 이력관리를 통하여 결과를 분석하고 참가자에 대한 업무수행 능력 수준 및 평가요소별 강 약점을 제시하고 지역별, 연령별 수준분석을 통한 배전정책결정 기초 자료로 활용하고자 한다.
