Building the international network of human resources in electrical construction

Recently environment around electrical constructions is changing very fast. Moreover international economic barrier is also collapsing. From now it's very difficult for electrical contractors to see the domestic market. In order to solve these problems in the future, this paper has investigated about Southeast Asian status for electrical construction. At first this paper is concerned about China and Vietnam. This paper explains about building the international network with workers, who are working in electrical construction and related government agencies in China and Vietnam.
