초록

In this paper, some international standards such as IEC of hight efficient motors are analyzed to apply for the estimation of energy saving and $CO_2$ reduction. These international standards are correspond to Korean Standard (KS), especially KSC4202, KSC4203, KSC4204, KSCIEC60034-2, KSCIEC61972.
