핵심 학술지리스트란 도서관의 주요 이용자의 요구에 가장 적합한 리스트를 의미한다. 본 고에서는 핵심학술지에 대한 개념과 선행연구, 핵심학술지 선정을 위한 다양한 방법론, 선정시 고려사항을 살펴보았다. 그리고 이와같은 방법을 고려하여 국내 과학기술분야의 핵심학술지를 선정을 위한 기준을 도출하여 보았다.
