Abstract

PDP cell에서 발생한 가시광선의 분포를 visible ray trace 방법을 이용하여 계산하였다. 본 논문에서는 ITO-less 구조를 시뮬레이션 하여 가시광선의 출구 효율, illuminance 분포, luminance 분포를 구하였다.
