Abstract
This paper presents the design and fabrication results of a voice coil type actuator for auto focusing(AF) functional module of mobile phone cameras. Axisymmetric FEM and 3-dimensional FEM is used to analyze and design the actuator, and the performance is verified by fabrication and evaluation of it.
