인터넷에 기반한 미래선도기술 정보확보 전략

We are faced with the age of limitless competition because knowledge and information are the most important to nation's competition and we should struggle to obtain them. Our county made some programmes such as next growth engine and 21c frontier R&D to prepare future. But, the responsible organizations which drive the programmes sponsored by government had a limitation in point of obtaining exact information quickly. So, in this report, we explain the strategy of getting the future leading technology based on internet.

21세기 현대사회는 지식과 정보가 국가의 경쟁력을 좌우하는 지식기반 사회로서 최고가 아니면 살아남을 수 없는 무한경쟁 사회이다. 이를 위해 우리나라도 국가 차원에서 성장동력별 사업단을 통해서 장래 국가 위상과 미래 먹거리를 좌우할 차세대성장동력산업과 21세기프론티어 연구개발사업 등을 관리하고 있다. 하지만, 사업단은 주로 사업관리와 연구관리에 편중되고 있어 연구개발의 경쟁력 향상에 결정적인 역할을 하는 '정확한 정보의 신속한 입수'에는 한계가 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 미래 성장동력기술의 올바른 방향 설정과 안정적인 추진에 핵심인 적확한 정보를 제공하기 위한 인터넷 기반의 정보확보 전략을 고찰하였다.
