Abstract
lTO(Indium-Tin-Oxide) was used as anode material for OLED. Characteristics of ITO have great effect on efficiency of OLEDS(Organic light emitting diodes). ITO surface was treated by Nd:YAG laser in order to improve its chemical properties, wettability, adhesive property and to remove the surface contaminants while maintaining its original function.
