Abstract
In this paper, we present the importance of an information communication and weather information system. And after we look into technology on a weather information system setup which does the ubiquitous to the foundation, we deduce an all sorts key point technology for the implementation of a weather information system and the time come true based on it, and we find the practical use plan of a weather information system.
최근 전 지구적 기후변화와 함께 빈번 해지는 집중호우, 태풍 등으로 인한 인명 및 재산피해 규모가 점차 대형화 되면서 기상정보 및 예보의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 보다 정화한 기상정보의 관측 및 예측과 이를 실시간으로 통보해주는 실시간 기상정보 예측 시스템의 구축이 시급한 당면과제로 대두되고 있는 현 시점에서 정보통신 기술의 발달과 폭넓은 활용은 인간이 직면하고 있는 자연재해로부터 입을 수 있는 피해를 최소화 할 수 있게 될 것이다. 이와 같은 이유로 본 논문에서는 정보통신과기상정보 관계의 중요성을 제시하고 유비쿼터스를 기반으로 한 기상정보 시스템 구축에 관한 기술들을 살펴본 후, 이를 바탕으로 한 기상정보 시스템의 구현을 위한 제반 핵심기술 및 실현시기를 도출하며, 기상정보 시스템의 활용방안을 알아본다.
