A Case Study of Knowledge Management for Construction Business Based on Construction Management Process and Information System

산업의 경쟁력 요소로서 지식의 중요성은 정보기술의 발전과 함께 나날이 커가고 있으며 이에 따라 제시된 기업경영 기법이 지식경영이다. 건설업의 경우도 다양하고 광범위한 지식이 요구되는 산업 특성으로 인하여 지식경영의 중요성은 커지고 있으며, 이에 따라 많은 건설업체가 지식경영을 도입, 추진하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 건설업체 도입 및 추진사례 중 삼성건설의 "1) 자료형 지식자산과 인적 지식자산으로의 지식규정", "2) 공사 프로세스와의 결합을 통한 지식경영 조직접목", "3) 지식경영에 있어서의 정보화의 역할과 기여" 3가지 추진 사례를 중심으로, 실제 조직에의 적용時 문제점, 해결방안 및 그 결과를 제시함으로써, 건설업에서의 지식경영 발전과 이를 통한 지식산업으로서의 건설업 발전방항을 모색해 보는 기회를 제시해 보고자 한다.
