Abstract
The water extracts of Hovenia dulcis Thunb. showed significant hepatoptotective activity against D-galactosamine/LPS and $CCl_4-toxicity$. The extracts significantly inhibited the elevation of serum ALT, AST and LDH levels. The concentration of blood alcohol were decreased from 2hr after injected in rats with Hovenia dulcis extracts.
헛개나무 열수 추출물은 알코올 분해 및 D-galactosamine/LPS와 $CCl_4$에 대한 간 보호에 탁월한 효과를 보였다. Rat(SD)에 알코올(50%, 10 ml/kg)을 경구 투여하여 숙취를 유발한 후 헛개열매 열수 추출물을 경구 투여한 결과 혈중 알코올 농도가 크게 감소하였다. 또한 D-galactosamine($600{\mu}g/kg$)/LPS($600{\mu}g/kg$)와 $CCl_4$(1.0ml/kg)를 처리한 후 헛개열매 열수 추출물을 투여한 결과 간 기능 수치인 AST, ALT 및 LDH 값이 상당히 감소함을 알 수 있었다.
