Abstract
In this paper, the surface modificatioin of PDMS (polydimethyl-siloxane) which is a useful material of microfluidic devices is presented. PDMS-based devices can be fabricated by casting the polymer in a mold, but the porosity and the hydrophobicity of PDMS make difficult to use as bio-medical devices.
