Abstract
Mutations of p53 tumor suppressor gene have been associated with exposure to carcinogens. Cultured human breast epithelial cells (MCF10A) were treated with Benzo(a)pyrene(BaP) or N-Methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine(MNNG).
