Abstract
Endothelins secreted from keratinocytes are intrinsic madiators for human melanocytes in UVB-induced pigmentation. Antimelanogenic ingredient, 1,2-Ο-diferulylglycerol(SM709) isolated from bamboo extract inhibited the melanin synthesis of Bl6F10 melanoma cells by 62%.
