토지이용계획수립을 위한 용도지역 결정과정의 학습툴 개발 연구

This study constructs Landuse Planning Support System for Zoing as case study.: landuse planning is typical part of masterplan. Then evaluated Urban Planning Support System's possibility by comparing and analyzing between result of application and formulated landuse plan with sample site.

본 연구는 토지가 갖는 용도별 입지특성을 공간단위 화하여 계획과정의 각 단계에서 객관적이고 효율적인 자료와 판단근거를 확보하고 토지이용결정과정을 구현하여 토지이용계획의 과학성, 객관성, 효율성을 높이는데 있다. 또한, 토지이용계획의 용도지역지정 과정을 자동화하여 의사 결정시에 다각적인 방향에서 이를 검토해 봄으로써 객관성 및 효율성을 높일 수 가 있다. 차후 도시계획지원시스템은 토지이용계획 과정의 자동화 및 학습화를 위한 시스템으로 활용할 수 있다.
