Abstract
This thesis is concerned with the control of Arago's disk system using CAN(Controller Area Network). CAN protocol is used widely for the real time control in networked control systems(NCS). A networked control system using CAN is constructed to perform position control of Arago's disk. The mathematical model, of overall system is derived to design an appropriate controller analytical1y.
