정보통신 국가 표준화에 관한 연구
A Study of Telecommunication National Standardization
초록
정보통신 국가표준에 있어서는 무엇보다 공공성이 중요하며, 국가표준의 주요목적은 국내의 정보통신서비스를 비롯한 각종 정보기술 관련 산업체 및 연구원들의 사기를 앙양시키고 효율적으로 정책을 수립하고 이를 공지하여 관련 산업체와 연구원 및 특허권자들의 권익을 보호해야만 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현행 정보통신 표준화를 활성화시키기 위한 국내외의 연구소 및 정책을 비교분석하고 정책을 제안하고자 한다.
About telecommunication, national standardization has the public purpose and to be contribution to the advancement of technology and the promotion of information and telecommunications services and industry as well as the development of national economy, by effectively establishing and providing. In this paper, We are to be analyzed and compared with present condition in the inside and outside of nations for telecommunication criteria and standard. this paper purposes new platform about telecommunication.
