Abstract
Ultrasonic machining technology has been developed over recent years for the manufacture of cost-effective and quality-assured precision parts for several industrial application such as optics, semiconductors, aerospace, and automobile. Ultrasonic machining process is an efficient and economical means of precision machining of ceramic materials.
