Abstract
In this paper a technical consideration is made on the AGC operation under the wholesale market in Korea in view of the signal connection between EMS and power plants for AGC. We review the market rules related AGC operation first. Then we investigate the current AGC connection to measure the level of the satisfaction for the every term in the rules.
