초록
This paper describes the dispatch rules prepared for Korean Wholesale Electricity Market. The dispatch rules set out the procedure for the scheduling and dispatch in the operational timescale. It details the process whereby the KPX produces an operatinal schedule taking into account system and operational limitations-the constrained schedule.
