Abstract
The Higher industerialization, The shorter labor for fanning with not also reduction of quantity like as agricultural population but also deterioration of quality like as old age or womon in Korea. Most of Farmers magnified their farm land for increasing income, but they have been in difficulties because of employment of skillful driver of farm machinery and ensurance farm labor which need finishing seasonable works.
