A Development of Web-based Apartment flaw-repairing Petition System

The purpose of this paper is to develop the web-based apartment flaw-repairing petition system which can be operated under the internet environments. The developed system mainly consists of administrator, constructor and apartment resident section. The administrator can administrate all of the actions which will be occurred during the operation. Constructor must be enrolled before resident can use this system. All of the resident member must enroll before they petition the company. All of the processing is monitored and accumulated at the database to calculate the statistics and finally will be shown by the graphical results. This system which is programmed by the PERL and PHP and MySQL will be easily transformed into the similar kind of request system.
