Abstract

The demand for non-specific frequency without licence is increasing rapidly due to the advance of radio communication technologies and the growth of economic life. This paper was investigated the tendencies of non-specific frequency and non-licensed radio devices for other countries which are included in the ISM band, and proposed some direction and utilization schemes of non-specific frequency in accordance with domestic frequency environment

최근에 ISM대역과 기존의 주파수대역을 용도에 관계없이 또는 몇 종류의 용도를 포괄적으로 지정하여 허가·신고 없이 사용할 수 있는 개방용 주파수에 대한 움직임이 나타나고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 비허가 주파수대역 및 개방용 주파수에 대한 세계 각국의 동향, 주파수대역, ISM대역의 개방용 주파수 적용에 대한 세계의 움직임을 검토하였다.
