통신망 안전성 및 신뢰성 기준의 개정방향 분석

Regulation for Network stability and reliability is management tool for network operation. According to deregulating trends for network providers. the importance of network reliability is emphasized more and more. In this paper, we analyze current status of network reliability regulation for other countries and propose some directions and structures of network reliability standards for domestic network.

최근 들어 전기통신망 사업자에게 자율권을 대폭 이양하는 규제완화 추세에 대응하여 통신망을 효율적으로 관리하며 이용자의 서비스 권익을 보호할 수 있는 관리규정의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 이에 따라 전기통신설비의 안전성 및 신뢰성 기준은 통신망 성능 관리 및 이용자 권익보호 측면에서 내용이 재검토되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 각국의 안전성 및 신뢰성 기술기준을 비교하고 국내 기술기준의 개정방향을 분석하였다.
