Abstract
This paper presents a comparison of off-line power system analysis packages in terms of the main structure, the computation algorithm, and the I/O structure of programs, which is necessary for the use of the real-time power system simulator to be developed at KEPRI. PSS/E, PSAPAC, EUROSTAG, and EMTP are investigated and a case study is performed to show the compatibility of input data between PSS/E and PSAPAC.
