Abstract
DC Arc Plasma was applied in order to convert of hydrocabon fuels (Methane) to hydrogen, which has higher available energy. Plasma can generate very high temperatures with a high degree of control, using electricity. Plasma can be used to produce the pure hydrogen fuel, and has rapid response time.
