We synthesized N-Hydroxysuccinimidyl (NHS) azidobenzoate as a cross-linking reagent for immobilization of peptide onto the solid surface. Thin polystyrene(PS) films spin-coated with a NHS azidobenzoate solution were exposed with ultraviolet light at 245nm
