초록

Superconducting thick films were fabricated with various paticle sizes on Allumina substrates by MPMG method. The sample of about 63${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ in this experimented the size of particles was the best for uniformity and the number of Y211. In this experiment It is observed that powder size is very important to fabricate the superior thick finns.
